Headworks for newer/newish/rusty boaters. We'll work our way down the river with plenty of time to work on skills and drills. Note: there is one class III rapid (the weir) that is optional and can be portaged.

Meet at 11 am, takeout is above ledge drop 1 in Kanaskat-Palmer State Park. After the campground, go down the hill and the road bends to the right. At the end of the road is the parking lot.
