Float bags are mandatory for hard shell boats.
No Fee
From Whitechuck to Backman.  Expect low water.  Though not pushy, your boat control skills will be challenged. Class II boaters can put in below the Whirlpool rapid.

7 Rivers Challenge eligible - member who registered online and participate in the trip will receive a sticker
