Whale Investigation. Tulalip To Langley for Lunch and Back -- CANCELLED

We'll launch from Tulalip Bay Marina by 11:00 am to observe whales during low tide at 12:45 pm. Parking is S of Marina, above the boat ramp. There are no facilities here, so plan any stops before you arrive.
When:
Saturday, April 6, 2019, 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM
Where:
Tulalip Bay Marina, Across from St Anne Mission.
Butts in Boats by 11 am.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Paddlers must have a dry/wet suite, Spray Skirt, Boat Pump, Paddle Float and PFD. They must be dressed for Winter paddling. Their equipment must be in good functioning condition. They should have self rescue skills and ability to paddle in 2 kts of current, 15 kts wind, and 1-2 foot swells. Please contact me prior to registering, if your not comfortable with these conditions.
