Afternoon Class II Tuesday's

About this event

It got hot yesterday and melted a lot of snow.
Middle Fork Snoq is at 1300, Powerhouse 3k.
Powerhouse washes out at 2k. So can’t go there anymore.

Let’s meet at 4:30 at the MM takeout:

47.47924° N, 121.73708° W

45200 SE Tanner Rd
North Bend, WA 98045

We can decide as a group if we should run the Mupper (Concrete to Mine creek), which is a short fun playground, or the Club stretch. Both of these are class II.
My first choice is Mupper. There’s lots to do despite its short length. And we’ve done the club lots.

If Mupper, we set shuttle and drive up. If club, we drop boats and set shuttle.

Let’s be mindful of time, sunset is at 7:45 PM.
Feedback is always welcome,

Casual skills practice and hangout on Tuesday's to practice fundamentals, learn play boating, and river running skills. We will progress to harder sections as the season progresses.

Tuesdays - River Running rotation
Green River Yo Yo Section (II)
Snoqualmie Club Stretch Section (II)
Green River Headwork Section (II+/III)
MF Snoqualmie Bridges to Mine creek (II+/III)
SF Snoqualmie (II+)

For those graduating out of the Beginners Whitewater Class, remember to check for flow and river information using the resources from class.

USGS is the primary river flow source for many rivers in the Pacific Northwest (everybody else gets their data from them).  You can customize your own set of gages to routinely watch.
