Intermediate River Running Skills Clinic..

(As of now we are planning for Feb 10, but if the CPR/FA class needs to be this day, we may move it to Feb 11th)

This clinic is designed for a paddler that's been paddling about a year or more and ready for that next step.  We ask that you are successful with your combat roll in the river 75% of the time, you have plenty of pool days available to dial it in.. 

The clinic will focus on the following skills.

• Review, refine and add a few new strokes
• Quality of strokes vs quantity of strokes
• Holes
• Bracing
• Intro to boofing
• Boat Control
• Eddies
• Using the current and the energy of the river to get where you want to go.  Stop powering your way to the bottom of every rapid, but rather move and finesse your way using eddies, waves and current with boat control and new strokes.

Our plan will be to use the South Fork Snoqualmie if water levels permit.
