I am a Greenland paddling instructor and a Gearlab Outdoors ambassador and athlete in Washington. I've been WAITING for someone to bring back SSTIKS, and am heavily invested in the return of this event.

Please tell me what time the Zoom meeting is, and I will be there.

On that note, please also forward my information to anyone who is a part of the committee to bring SSTIKS back to the PNW and I will happily assist in any way I can.

The Oregon Ocean Paddling Society (OOPS) is having a presentation at their monthly meeting tomorrow, Oct.30 on a plan to bring back SSTIKS (South Sound Inuit Kayak Symposium) in June 2025 at Vista Park in Skamokawa, WA. The presentation will also be available on Zoom. OOPS has asked me to forward the Zoom link to WA kayak groups who might be interested. Here is the link.
