Some members may know that the WKC has a river trips forum. https://wakayakclub.clubexpress.com/content.aspx?page_id=2154&club_id=821680&item_id=11675 . It’s a way for trip leaders to spread the word about upcoming trips they have on the calendar. Just add a blurb reminding people to register on-line for your trip.

For example, we have on the calendar: Cispus, Afterwork Class Twos-Day, Green River Yo-Yo Park and Play with Wiener Roast, and a Rescue Skills Practice trips. Check out the calendar and remember to register for these trips.

In addition, the forum can also be used to spread the word about pick-up trips. Private trips that are arranged among paddlers who may or may not be WKC members and which are not specifically organized or intended to follow WKC guidelines and trip requirements. Such trips are fine to organize and participate in.
