My father recently passed away, and I am working through his collection of kayaks, hoping to find new owners for them. He was a very avid boater for much of my life and has a ton of paddles, dry bags, float bags, wetsuits etc.

Next up is his collection of paddles. There are a variety, including a Nimbus wooden breakdown that needs some work, a Mariner breakdown, a Werner breakdown (red blades in photo), two additional Wener left-handed paddles, two Colton left-handed paddles (both in good condition) and the highlight is a Backlund wooden paddle (left-handed) that could use some restoration. I spoke with Jim Snyder at RiverStyx and it sounds like it would be pretty reasonable (he is apparently the preferred person that works on Backlund paddles since Kieth died).

Please look at the photos and feel free to send me any questions. I am open to offers, but probably best to see them in person as conditions do vary. Also, if you want a boat and a paddle that will be given preference. All the boats and accessories are located near Roosevelt High School in north Seattle.
