Trip Leader are leaving for the Methow area on Thursday. As the current registrants will be camping in Twisp on Thursday, we may paddle earlier than the original meeting time of noon. Be sure to let us know if you are coming.

This is a great but less frequently paddled river near Winthrop. Some fun rapids at the beginning and the grand finale at the end.

AW description

Weaker boaters can take-out before the hardest rapid at the end - Boulder Creek Rapid III+. You can come earlier to scout it from the campground.

Registration is required before Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM

Appropriate boat and safety gear are required. Float bags are mandatory for hard-shell boats. Put bow floatation in creekboats, river runners and half-slice boats.
If unsure, contact the trip leader in advance.
