Join the whitewater community, neighbors, and friends at the 42nd Annual Green River Cleanup on Saturday May 2nd!!! Every year, lots of outdoor enthusiast enjoy the day recreating along the river and cleaning up trash at the same time. As always, there will be lots to do. River stretches are rated class II to IV.

Be prepared for a long day on the river collecting trash. Bring snacks, dress for some degree of hiking the shoreline, and most of all have fun and feel good about making our rivers cleaner.

Cleanup participants can camp at Kanasket-Palmer Campground, before and after the event. Please RSVP on Recreation.gov or by calling 360-319-6524. Unfortunately, the group site is not available this year. Individual sites are first come first serve, so reserve your spot soon!

The Green River Coalition will be hosting a BBQ at Flaming Geyser picnic shelter #3 on Saturday afternoon after the event for members (or a $5 donation for non-members)

Registration between 9-10 am at Kanasket and Flaming Geyser to fill out volunteer forms and get trash bags.
