Due to unknown wood conditions, plan to run an exploratory trip down the Twisp river on Thursday before the Memorial paddling WE to make sure run is clear of wood.  Must be proficient class III boater.  Plan to stay at Forest Service campsite up Twisp road and put in at the campsite at 11:00 am.
