Do you know if you can access the river at A-Frame, which is below Valley Camp? (I think?)

Due to a recent flood event on the Middle Fork Snoqualmie, the road into the put-in is closed at Valley camp(which is before the Mailbox trailhead). No access at present until road is re-opened.
