Hey all, I'm looking to assemble some WKC folks for a BCU 2 Star Assessment in the May/June time period. The 2 star award covers basic boat handling and rescue skills on flat water in both a kayak AND canoe. The 2 star is a great entry point into the BCU system and is a fun award to train for and receive since you get to play in a canoe! And by the way, we have a canoeing for kayakers clinic on March 22nd for those of you that may be interested but haven't spent much time with a single blade. Canoeing makes you a better kayaker...
