There are three new documents posted for the lower Cipsus River access issue. The first is an Order Amending the Whitewater Boating Take-out Access Site Plan dated 30 April 2019. There are two subsequent FERC filings by individual boaters requesting FERC for a Rehearing of said amendment dated 27, 28 May 2019.

This is a 30 year old issue that is unresolved.
