This is a two page letter and one page attachment by Lewis County PUD submittal to FERC in accordance with the FERC Order dated Feb232017. This submittal revises Exhibit K, a civil drawing of the project boundary and the letter outlines LCPUD tasks with regard to the lower Cispus River access.
