Okay, there is more to this story...The slide occurred on river right immediately preceding the trip, the flow was 1800 cfs, and the river turned chocolate brown. The slide covered two thirds of the river and pushed a wall of water that knocked over brush on the left bank. Description by Michael Deckert.
