Methow/Twisp (II+ to III+) Memorial Day Weekend (Monday)
Join us for a sun- and fun-filled weekend in the Methow Valley. The Methow has several stretches from Class II+ to III+; the Twisp is a technical Class II+ to III, depending on water level.
We'll camp at the free DNR site up Twisp River Road

and paddle Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE DAYS YOU THINK YOU'LL BE THERE. You can modify it later.
We will divide into groups and paddle the rivers based on skill level and interest. Typically we have two river/skill options each day. More info closer to date.

Appropriate whitewater boat and safety gear are required. Float bags are mandatory for hard-shell boats.
We will take all Covid-related precautions so this does not become a super-spreader event. The WKC trip is on-water; camping and shuttle are not. Masks are required for off-water use, including shuttles. Even if you'd been vaccinated, wear a mask. If you are sick or have been exposed to someone with Covid, please do not come.
