Cold weather so not much snow melt yet, combined with forecasted light rain means the Upper Stillaguamish will be quite low. Scouted new wood which requires a long portage on the Stillaguamish run. Decided to switch to the Upper Snoqualmie which is a beautiful stretch of river. Class 2+. Planning to meet at the Concrete Bridge on the Middle Fork Road at 10:30 AM Sunday morning 4/9/2023. All boats must have float bags! Bring a snack! Dress warm!
