Perhaps you've paddled in a couple slalom races, maybe tried out a glass race boat once, or joined a few informal workouts at the Cedar a couple of times?  and now you want more!  We'll spend the day refining our boat control technique, paddle placement and stroke timing, pivot turns, and do drills, learn different ways to approach and be clean through the gates and participate in skill-building games.  After some advanced slalom strategy talk, we'll do mini-race laps on the bottom half of the course using our new skills and "racing" against the clock.  All boat types welcome:  best for race boats, river-runners, and half-slices (coaches will be in race boats).
