I call it 'skills clinic' but it is basically goofing off in our boats at powerhouse, and I'd be happy to give you tips if you want / if I have any. On the goofing off theme, I'll be in a play boat doing stern squirts, surfing, and a likely a few ill-fated cartwheel attempts. But we could also do peel-outs, eddy turns, or whatever.
