This clinic is for those with pretty good boat handling and a roll on river at least 50% of the time.  Also students need to be able and willing to help swimmers!  These are the conditions needed to begin to seriously take up surfing on the rivers.  For the average student perhaps in their second year of kayaking if they have boated regularly.  We'll work on ferry and rudder with specific exercises and we'll try to find waves that will be good for the students. Beginning and intermediate surfers should benefit.
