Paul, Jeff, and I gathered at the Copper Canyon take-out. Gearing up, we headed up to the put-in. Finding the FS 76 road snow-covered, we backtracked down to the FS 25 bridge (Huffaker Bridge) to put in.
Brilliant white snow draped over the deep-green moss-covered boulders.
The clear green water formed many fun surfing waves and play spots. Around mid-day the sun shone through with patches of blue sky above and the river provided another wonderful day on the Cipsus.
